Crossed Arms, 2020
Plaster and steel
30 × 40 × 20 cm (life-size)

Rmsina’s practice comes from an interest in figuration and the human form. The Crossed Arms 2020 is about the attitude becoming a form and subject which is part of our reaction. This work has been modelled in clay back and front from a life model and photographs. Then is has been cast in plaster. It was planned to happen life-size, in white and hanged on the white wall as human regular height to reference an illusion of the body.
